A Pink Fall Front Porch

In honor of last year’s fall front porch going viral, I’m sharing a few more snaps of the pink-themed mum display on the blog today. Capitalizing on the frenzy, if you will. If you’re new here, the reason for the pink theme was our baby announcement. Since we moved into this home a few years ago, I’ve been setting up fairly elaborate and festive front porch displays. For example… see Easter, this traditional Fall-themed set up, and Christmas. For our baby announcement, I wanted to do something pretty, feminine, and me (and also not cheesy). Before and After: Formal Dining & Butler’s Pantry

Just a quick and easy home renovation related post today. I’m sharing some before and after images of our formal dining room and butler’s pantry. And, this is wholly unrelated, but I feel like you should know that I’m writing this post from my hotel bar in Dallas sipping a spritz and nomming on some nachos BY MYSELF. Truly living my best life in this moment. Also, this bar is always a SCENE, so the people watching is beyond epic. Cheers! The Liz List - October 25, 2019

Happy Friday! 🎉 I’m in Dallas today. I got here yesterday, and I’m visiting for a few reasons… 1) my sister-in-law and brother are playing a show 2) my friend Terah and I are going to the Dior exhibit at the Dallas Museum of Modern Art and 3) I’m getting my first ever… 🥁… laser treatment with my girl Amanda at Eleven Wellness. She recommended an IPL (“Intensed Pulse Light”) Photofacial to help with my melasma (boo to annoying pregnancy side effects). Amanda’s a skincare wizard, so I do whatever she tells me. 🧖‍♀️ Straight after the peel this morning, I’m driving back to Austin. When all is said and done, I’ll have been in Dallas for less than 24 hours. I kept it efficient! Gotta get back to my girl! 👼🏻
