Read MoreI made a video! My first one! Hahaha… can you tell I’m a little proud of myself? I watched this how-to video on YouTube last week and then got to work in iMovie. I’ve spent probably a couple hours each day for the past few days editing it down. Tough to do when you’ve got hundreds of videos of your kid on your phone. I started with over an hour of video footage and trimmed it down to a little over 3 minutes. Pretty good for a full year’s worth of content! The song is “Planet” by my sister-in-law Daniella Mason. She wrote it with my brother, who plays guitar on the track. I think a song by Kate’s aunt and uncle is the perfect choice for her first year video! Enjoy.

Looking back now on those first few days of Kate’s life, it seems like an entirely different era and hardly like it was only a short year ago. This milestone felt SO far away this time last year!
