Healdsburg Trip Recap + Our Itinerary
I’m a bit delayed on getting this post up… sorry! 😬 I wanted to be sure and share it here on the blog though because a couple of people on Instagram expressed interested in our itinerary. For the record I can’t take any credit for this itinerary! Our friend Caleb put the whole thing together. I promise you can trust him though, haha. He’s a huge foodie and wine connoisseur + I know he did extensive research.
We actually visited Healdsburg, California - a small city in Sonoma County - with a couple of our friends right before last Christmas. I’ve been to the California Wine Country a few times prior, but always during the summer season. Even though it rained on us the majority of the trip, we all agreed we enjoyed the winter season. It felt much less crowded. However, if you’ve never traveled to the area before, I don’t know that I’d recommend your first visit be in the winter, just because it’s so gorgeous in the summer and fall! I’d experience that first.
All the restaurants we ate at were incredible, and I’d recommend all of them. Our rental house was great too! I’ve linked to it + shared our full itinerary at the bottom of this post (below the pictures).
Here’s a link to the house we rented. It was clean, had a great location, and looked just like the photos. I’d definitely recommend it.
