A Blush Bridal Luncheon
This past weekend I co-hosted a bridal shower for one of my oldest and best friends Emily. I’ve shared several pictures on Instagram already, but I wanted to share some more here on the blog for posterity’s sake. It’s too pretty not to! We had the luncheon at my new friend and fellow hostess Amanda’s home in Houston. Amanda is an event planner by trade (here’s her Instagram… too cute!), and having her help in this was instrumental to how beautifully everything turned out! So so gorgeous… if I do say so myself. 💁🏻😅
We chose a blush, cream, and gold color scheme to coordinate with the bride’s wedding colors. Amanda and I were in sync with the vision every step of the way, which made for a pretty seamless planning process. If you’ve ever hosted a shower, you know that’s not usually the case! We were really hoping to utilize her back patio space for the party, and thankfully Jesus heard my prayers (yes, I seriously prayed for this haha) because the skies cleared and the temperature warmed up just in time for us to set up our lunch table outdoors. Going alfresco is always the best option, weather permitting! It really was a picture perfect day.
As you’ll see in the pictures below, Emily had the best time! If you know her, then you know she’s got a lovely way with words… she definitely let us know how thrilled she was with her special day. Love you, Emma! You deserve it all. 😘
